摘要: This paper reviews the potential impact of eligibility exclusions, losses to follow-up, removal randomized patients from analyzed data, and failure count all observed events on interpretation cancer clinical trials. The pragmatic explanatory approaches these problems are presented, it is argued that most trials yield data suitable for answering questions. Thus, approach stressed.
