摘要: In choosing an experimental animal for the study of aging, investigator should have knowledge certain basic characteristics animal. Of particular importance are longevity and growth. This review aims to provide available data on mortality growth rat strains commonly used in aging research. addition, influences nutrition housing conditions these described discussed. Finally, usefulness rats as models is considered.
