摘要: Tumours often show low oxygen concentrations due to abnormal delivery and meta-bolism of (Vaupel et al., 1989; Gulledge Dewhirst, 1996). The vascular net-work is highly irregular with large intercapillary distances leading impaired blood supply. capacity the carry reduced because extracellular pH. Moreover, demand elevated high proliferation activity tu-mour cells. These characteristics lead development hypoxic necrotic areas within tumours. However, concentration can differ considerably among differ-ent tumours, even tumours same histological type.
