摘要: The radioactively labelled constituents present in bone matrix were compared 12 days after injection of either [14C]glucosamine or plasma [14C]glycoprotein. Both precursors are utilized the synthesis organic by tissue. Cortical from animals injected with contains radioactivity derived glucosamine and glycoproteins all glycoprotein fractions labelled. Plasma [14C]glycoprotein labels less acidic to a greater extent than more components. An antibody has been raised against less-acidic-glycoprotein fraction bone. latter α-mobility that appears be concentrated specifically tissue which is also plasma. This α-glycoprotein accounts for large proportion components retained injection.
