摘要: Teachers play a key role in introducing children into ways of thinking and learning by making explicit how to express ideas, seek help, contest opposing positions, reason cogently. Yet, it is only recent years that research has begun examine the teachers' dialogic talk plays promoting collaborative dialogue classroom. This chapter synthesises on responsibility teachers have for explicitly teaching students together if they, turn, are use these strategies co-create new understandings as they engage small-group activities.
