摘要: Plasticized polysaccharide coatings on polypropylene (PP) film were prepared to evaluate the optical and tensile properties of resulting coated films, as affected by biopolymer plasticizer types, in order develop a novel structure common plastics intended for food packaging applications. Composite structures PP with several kinds polysaccharides (MC, HPMC, chitosan, κ-carrageenan, dextrin) plasticizers (PG, glycerol, PEG, sucrose, sorbitol) obtained through simple casting method. High glossy surfaces observed films chitosan sucrose-plasticized coating giving highest gloss 142.7 GU. Biopolymers, but no plasticizers, exerted noticeable influence colour films. Chitosan- κ-carrageenan-coated also showed greater transparency, strength elongation than other Nisin-incorporated κ-carrageenan exhibited significant bacterial growth inhibition against Lactobacillus plantarum. The results suggest that based proper possess excellent visual mechanical characteristics have great potential acting efficiently antimicrobial agent carriers active systems.
