摘要: Case Presentation A year-old African American male with a past medical history significant for HIV on HAART therapy presented to the emergency department (ED) acute onset of right upper quadrant abdominal pain and mild shortness breath. The was not associated any fevers, chills, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea. patient denied chest pain, palpitations, lightheadedness syncopal episodes. He did report some dysphagia solids more than liquids over last months as well decreased oral intake. His review systems otherwise weight loss which he unable quantify.
