摘要: Abstract We present a novel dual thin-layer flow cell double-disk electrode design, which due to its high collection efficiency in combination with reasonable time resolution allows highly sensitive measurements of electro-active species generated during electrochemical reactions on the working electrode. Most important, it for rapid changes electrolyte measurements, thin-film electrode, where an inert glassy carbon substrate is covered by thin film carbon-supported noble metal catalyst, makes particularly useful kinetic studies electrocatalytic fuel under realistic conditions (continuous reaction, continuous flow) and materials (supported catalysts). The performance set-up suitability studies, particular transient experiments involving exchange, are demonstrated potentiodynamic potentiostatic oxygen reduction reaction Pt catalysts and, comparison, Pt-free Vulcan supports.
