摘要: After laparoscopic cholecystectomy, CO2 remains within the peritoneal cavity, commonly causing pain. This prospective randomized study was performed to determine efficacy of intraperitoneal normal saline and bupivacaine infusion on postoperative pain after cholecystectomy. Three hundred patients were randomly assigned one six groups 50 each. Group A served as controls. In group B patients, infused under right hemidiaphragm suctioned pneumoperitoneum deflated. suction, a subhepatic closed drain left for 24 h. C 1.5 mg/kg in solution 2.5 mg/ml, minus 15 ml this solution, which infiltrated trocar wounds, at end D given C, but E used plus C. F treated E, all groups, mg/ml wounds. Postoperatively, analgesic medication usage, nausea, vomiting, scores recorded 2, 6, 12, 24, 36, 48, 72 Postoperative reduced significantly treatment vs. Between B, had best results, while those greater than F. It is concluded that cholecystectomy can be by subdiaphragmatically its postdeflation same area, or without case drainage has been needed.
