摘要: 2 patients with chronic myelogenous leukaemia developed hypercalcaemia and severe myelofibrosis in the terminal phases of their disease. Hormonal studies excluded being caused by primary hyperparathyroidism or ectopic parathyroid hormone secretion. Its development was unrelated to phenotype blast cells, as assessed conventional cytochemistry immunological surface typing. The finding increased urinary cAMP excretion 1 suggests a circulating, nonparathyroid humoral bone resorbing factor partial biological PTH-activity be one pathogenetic mechanisms responsible for occurrence leukaemia.
