摘要: The aim of the present study was to investigate clinical significance Twist, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and CD34 expression in osteosarcoma (OS) order elucidate potential therapeutic targets for treatment OS. Immunohistochemistry performed detect protein VEGF OS osteochondroma (OC) tissues. ratio Twist OC tissues as well at different phases compared using chi-squared tests. Microvessel density (MVD), determined by labeling, tissue Student's t-test. In addition, associations between MVD were assessed Spearman's rank correlation test. results revealed that out 32 examined, 56.25% exhibited positive expression, 71.88% increased with tissue. rate phase III significantly I/II (Twist: χ2=5.732, P=0.018; VEGF: χ2=7.513, P=0.006). (31.08±3.36 per field) higher (41.2±4.17 field; t=7.536, P<0.001). analysis positively associated (r=0.371, P=0.002) (r=0.393, P=0.001) OS; found have a (r=0.469, P=0.001). conclusion, demonstrated elevated metastatic (phase III) an values non-metastatic I/II). Furthermore detected MVD. Therefore, inhibition may use
