摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter discusses a study to analyze fluctuations produced by acetylcholine and its analogs in the neurons of mollusc Limnaea stagnalis. Using technique microelectrode voltage clamp isolated stagnalis, ionic currents cholinoreceptive membrane were recorded at iontophoretic application (ACh), carbacholine (CCh), tetramethyl-ammonium (TMA). Experiments conducted room temperature identified responding drug applications only with changes C1 − permeability. Elementary conductance (γ) average life time (τ) Cl channels computed using method drug-induced fluctuation analysis. It was shown that γ = 3.5 ± 1.55 pS ( n 20) did not depend on structure. Potential dependence τ is very weak: twofold change proceeds shift more than 250 mV. Life depends For ACh, CCh, TMA, 17.2; 8.7; 6.4 (msec) respectively; course desensitization.
