摘要: Small, non-rhegmatogenous retinal detachments (blebs) were made in cat eyes by injecting fluid into the subretinal space, and time course of resorption was monitored. Blebs with Hanks' solution over pigmented RPE resorbed 22% faster than those tapetum. a non-ionic (isotonic sucrose) took 43% longer to resorb solution, blebs containing 3 X 10(-3) M sodium cyanide 32% controls. These results suggest that active ionic transport is involved absorption cat, as it rabbit. Oncotic pressure choroid may also contribute resorption, because autologous serum roughly times non-proteinaceous solution. The vascular system does not appear contribute, since similar for under normal retina ischemic (produced occluding branch arteries argon laser photocoagulation or endodiathermy).
