摘要: Abstract The reactivity of the bis(trialkylphosphinimino)dimethylsilanes towards halosilanes or halogermanes is investigated. Depending on nature reactions occur with formation dicationic four-membered ring compounds and/or functional silylated germylated phosphine imines. A mechanistic interpretation experimental results given.
