摘要: Abstract Studies are made on the viscoelastic fluid flow and heat transfer characteristics over a stretching sheet with frictional heating internal generation or absorption. The analysis has been carried out for cases of prescribed surface temperature (PST) flux (PHF). momentum equation is decoupled from energy present incompressible boundary layer problem constant physical parameters. Exact solution velocity field skin-friction obtained. Also, solutions obtained in terms Kummer’s function. work due to deformation equation, which essential while formulating problems, considered. This paper examines effect parameter, Eckert number, Prandtl number non-uniform source/sink parameter distribution, wall gradient PST-case PHF-case.
