摘要: A photoactive layer with efficient charge transport and low recombination is critical to prepare perovskite solar cells high efficiency superior stability. We demonstrate that the incorporation of an effective additive 1,3-diaminoguanidine monohydrochloride (DAGCl) in MAPbI3 film can increase grain size reduce trap density, consequently increasing carrier lifetime reducing recombination. This leads improvement maximum power conversion from 19.1% 20.3% as well increased lifetime, inverted device structure glass/ITO/PolyTPD/MAPbI3/PC61BM/ZrAcac/Ag.
