摘要: In this chapter, we review the application of tunneling spectroscopy to study biological molecules. These studies have included molecules with a wide range molecular weights and include amino acids, bases, nucleotides, nucleic proteins. compounds represent important building blocks materials, detailed descriptions them can be found in standard texts on biochemistry.(1.2) Using inelastic electron (IETS) techniques examine these involves same problems as encountered many other IETS studies, although resolution associated large weight play an increasingly role.
