摘要: We determined the serum concentrations of 25-hydroxyvitamin D, 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D [1,25-(OH)2D], 24,25-(OH)2D, and 25,26-(OH)2D every third month in a 2-yr longitudinal study 20 normal pubertal boys. Seasonal fluctuations highly significant correlations with hours sunshine were found for 24,25-(OH)2D 25,26-(OH)2D, whereas 1,25-(OH)2D not related to duration. The boys grouped according time at which maximal increase testosterone occurred, vitamin metabolite levels examined relation this point. No changes metabolites found. When compiling data clinical evaluation puberty estimated by pubic hair stages (PH1 PH4), no present indicate that marked male has influence on circulating levels.
