摘要: We report a general and facile approach for the preparation of metal nanoparticle (such as Cu, Ag, Au, Pt Ni)–ZnO hybrid nanowire arrays by taking advantage spontaneous redox reaction between ZnO–Zn substrates corresponding precursors in aqueous solution. The size density nanoparticles grown on ZnO can be rationally controlled adjusting time. Interestingly, plasmonic render prepared ZnO-based nanoarrays with ability to enhance surface-Raman scattering signals diverse array molecules, including Rh 6G, 4-mercaptobenzoic acid 4-nitrothiophenol. Moreover, mesoporous arrangement Ag clean surfaces enables both high sensitivity extraordinary reproducibility surface-enhanced Raman (SERS) detection. outstanding performance NW SERS application, combined benefit their fast (<30 s), makes them particularly useful rapid detection bioactive molecules potential clinical diagnosis.
