摘要: The use of bulldozer in construction projects determines a vast number diesel consumption, emissions and the portion total cost project. Construction equipment operators need method that can be utilized to predict quantify not only cost, but also consumption projects, particularly for bulldozer’s activities. main purpose this paper is propose an E3, predicting tool economic, energy, environmental impact bulldozer. was developed by using productivity rate model US EPA’s NONROAD model. results show used as platform will required expected
