摘要: Edwin J. Cohn et al. developed cold ethanol fractionation for isolating different blood plasma fractions on an industrial scale during the first half of last century. The process uses solubility proteins by varying pH, concentration, temperature, ionic strength and protein concentration (Cohn al., 1946). Initially, main reason developing a large was purification albumin. Albumin is used treating shock, hypoproteinemia (Janeway 1944), acute or chronic nephritis (Thorn & Armstrong, 1945) hepatic cirrhosis 1946) as well other disorders.
