摘要: We used a newly developed high-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method to determine the concentration of testosterone in serum from women and compared results with those obtained by conventional radioimmunoassay. silica gel column organic solvent mixture (ethanol plus n-hexane containing small amount water). The detection limit for was as low 0.2 micrograms/L, sufficient correctly hormone women. For calibration curve, we plotted peak-height ratio 19-nortestosterone. menstrual-cycle-related rhythm related follicular luteal phase-shifting, being considerably greater phase than phase. In contrast, RIA showed only minor irregular fluctuation concentrations throughout menstrual cycle. When HPLC measure hormonal change woman an cycle, found that her increased abnormally early after menstruation.
