摘要: Combination of various polymeric blocks with distinct characteristics such as thermo-responsiveness, non-ionic nature and zwitterionic properties is an interesting approach toward fabricating copolymers undergoing a smart self-assembly process in aqueous environment. In some cases, through so-called “schizophrenic” process, stimuli-induced can occur from either double-hydrophilic or double hydrophobic polymers. this the roles forming core hydrophilic shell be switched by changing external conditions. This transformation solubilization profile leads to fabrication “smart” vehicles which could potentially control release their cargos well differentiate between encapsulated agents based on charge polarity properties. The aforementioned changes amphiphilicity polymers structures offer numerous scenarios. current review, we summarize polymer peptide-based schizophrenic form micellar vesicular (polymersome) systems providing novel beneficial applications.
