摘要: Resumen Presentamos un caso de hemiparesia ipsilateral a hematoma extradural traumatico, como consecuencia la denominada “Hendidura Kernohan” ( Kernohan’s notch ). Documentamos lesion mediante imagenes axiales y coronales en resonancia magnetica.
