摘要: Waller, James R. (University of Cincinnati, Ohio), and Herman C. Lichstein. Biotin transport accumulation by cells Lactobacillus plantarum. II. Kinetics the system. J. Bacteriol. 90:853–856. 1965.—Bound biotin-saturated plantarum accumulated free biotin a time-dependent process exhibiting substrate saturation phenomena in presence absence glucose. Apparent Km Vmax values determined glucose, respectively, from Lineweaver-Burk plots were found to be 31.5 7.72 mμm (Km) 9.72 3.26 μμmoles per mg min (Vmax). Free se appeared an energy-independent, mediated process, whereas large intracellular vitamin concentrations was energy-dependent. Internal quantitatively converted bound biotin. The rate extent formation slower than uptake, dependent upon levels up saturating concentration.
