摘要: Background and Objectives: Hevea brasiliensis extracts could potentially be employed as a relatively low cost resource for various anti-fungal activities due to the simplici - ty of extract preparation its abundance especially in tropical region. Latex B-serum was reported have anti-cancer property specificity has not been elucidated. The present study con ducted determine activity latex against Candida (C.) albi cans (a rounded cell fungus) Aspergillus (A.) niger filamentous fungus). Methods Results: results showed that specific C. albicans but A. . MIC value found 2.5 mg/ml. time-killing profile growth inhib ited inhibition prolonged through out tested time period. Brine shrimp toxicity test an LC 50 461.0 mg/ml with B- serum, indicating non-toxicity serum. Conclusion: Further purification identifi cation crude should point way bioactive compound(s) responsible anti- activity.
