摘要: We compared the results of foveal densitometry with other retinal function tests in five asymptomatic subjects adult-onset diffuse drusen. All routine tests, including visual acuity, Rayleigh equation color matches, multiple static perimetry, electroretinography, and electro-oculography, were normal. had decreased cone photopigment density densitometry, indicating an early dysfunction at level photoreceptors. Several functional defects may be responsible for densitometric drusen, pigment epithelium dysfunction, photoreceptor misalignment, a reduction situ photopigment.
