摘要: Abstract Purified oligodendroglia maintained in culture produce whorls of membrane lamellae, adjacent to the cell soma. When subcellular fractions are prepared from cells culture, three obtained: a glial light fraction which electron micrographs show be predominantly large vesicles; an intermediate that on consists lamellae; and plasma consisting primarily small vesicles. In study production results there is rapid incorporation radiolabel into cerebrosides phosphatidylcholine, with lower other phospholipids. There delay sulfatides. Incorporation proteins complex heterogeneous pattern proteins, ranging high low molecular weight (MW) bands. The data may reflect composition subfractions after different times culture.
