摘要: A CASE of sarcoidosis with several unusual features recently came under observation. The patient presented erythrodermic lesions, a rare manifestation sarcoidosis, together subcutaneous nodes consistent those described as Darier-Roussy's sarcoid. In addition, histologic examination the revealed asteroid inclusion bodies in giant cells. REPORT OF CASE1 45 year old caretaker first noticed, fall 1942, red slightly scaling patches on inner aspects thighs, groins and lower part abdomen. few months later similar appeared right axilla popliteal space. which were asymptomatic, slowly increased size. Early 1944 noticed additional left axilla, both ankles dorsal feet. March nontender firm began to appear
