摘要: Dennis, P.J., Green, D. & Jones, B.P.C. 1984. A note on the temperature tolerance of Legionella. Journal Applied Bacteriology56, 349–350. A strain Legionella pneumophila serogroup 1 isolated from environment had a decimal reduction time in water at 50dC (D50) 111 min, D54 27 min and D58 6 min. There was little loss viability 46dC. Other environmental organisms, Pseudomonas sp., Micrococcus sp. coliform survived less well these temperatures. species Sarcina survival greater than L. all temperatures tested. strains legionellas were tested times calculated. These ranged 80 for another pneumophia to 216 bozemannii. micdadei did not survive 50dC.
