摘要: Summary The laboratory interpretation and validation of thyroid function tests are no obvious tasks. Thyroid make it possible not only to screen for, diagnose, quantify dysfunctions (hypo-, hyperthyroidism), but also investigate on the etiologies diseases establish their prognosis, thus allowing best treatment and/or follow-up. TSH measurements generally sufficient for affirming euthyroidism in case patients with or few symptoms, simple goiter, an isolated nodule, as well following-up under thyroxin replacement therapy. Other necessary management surveillance other dysfunctions, thyroiditis, situations at-risk developing dysfunction among which pregnancy is most frequent one. Knowledge patient's age, pregnant state, inter-tests correlation, interpret various panels results that can be requested TSH, free T 4 , 3 thyroglobulin (Tg), anti-TPO antibodies, anti-Tg anti-TSH receptors. In many cases, this has supplemented clinical data may serve a basis fruitful collaboration between physicians professionals. Such likely beneficial patients. article, we review main algorithms used tests. These take into account history, data, scintigraphy, imaging, cytology findings. aim our work help healthcare professionals making decisions based practice guidelines currently available illnesses.
