摘要: Mycotoxins are secondary metabolites of fungi species widely known for their potentially toxic effects on human health. Considering frequent presence in crops and processed food, monitoring them food-based matrices is now an important topic. Within such a context, the sample preparation step usually mandatory before chromatographic analysis, due to complexity as nuts, cereals, beverages, others. For these reasons, we herein present evaluation two greener setups, based automation miniaturization mycotoxin analysis different beverages. Firstly, describe analytical method multidimensional assembly, coupling lab-made microextraction column (508 µm i.d. × 100 mm) UPLC–MS/MS ochratoxin A This configuration used synthesized sorbent phase containing C18-functionalized graphene–silica particles, which exhibited excellent extraction performance, well being reusable cheaper than commercially available extractive phases. Sequentially, second setup, capillary LC coupled MS/MS, was assessed same purpose. In this case, graphene oxide-based (254 200 first dimension, while C18 performed separation Although one has similarities with first, focused mainly benefits related link between miniaturized/automated device LC–MS/MS system, made our greener. Additionally, efficiency could even be enhanced.
