摘要: Most 2D graphical representations of primary DNA sequences, while offering visual geometrical patterns for depicting do require considerable space if enough details such are to be visible. In this contribution, we consider a highly compact representation DNA, which allows inspection and numerical characterization sequences having large number nucleic acid bases. The approach is illustrated on the first exon human β-globin. same not only one depict differences in composition within single but makes possible protein have hitherto evaded similar representations.
