摘要: To detect estrus for reproductive management, and to determine the relationship between urinary estrogen estrous behavior, in a female giant panda, we developed evaluated rapid enzyme immunoassay (EIA) system Estrone-3-glucuronide (E1G) using commercial reagents. The EIA took only around 3 hours, including all procedures obtain result. It indicated good reproducibility (intra-assay CV of 5.16%, interassay 15.4%) sensitivity (lowest standard concentration was 0.0156 ng/ml) measurement concentrations E1G panda. There positive correlation (r=0.934) with data estrone (E1) same samples, as measured by radioimmunoassay (RIA) performed laboratory. changes were almost synchronous E1 assayed RIA urine collected during 4 consecutive seasons. dynamics this highly correlated occurrence presenting behavior above results indicate that assay may be normally, rapidly practically used
