摘要: The potential use of different hard and soft parts (otolith, scale, eye lens, dorsal spine, vertebral bone, muscle, liver) Rutilus kutum for biomonitoring 13 major trace elements (Br, Ca, Cl, Cu, Fe, K, Mg, Mn, Na, P, S, Sr, Zn) was evaluated, the first time. specimens were sampled from three sampling sites in Southern Caspian Sea May 2016. Twenty collected each site. elements' concentrations samples measured by proton-induced X-ray emission (PIXE). In all tissues, except Ca most abundant element, whereas Fe among least elements. orders element occurrence two tissues largely similar. K could be detected selected while Br detectable only otolith. Minor similarities identified case lens (concerning liver (in terms K), whereas, Sr otolith shows maximum distance. general, it can concluded that studied parts, may offer alternatives S southern Sea. scales spines represent a non-lethal alternative to other parts.
