摘要: Objective To compare maternal and perinatal outcomes after emergency cerclage with those elective cerclage. Methods In a retrospective review, data were assessed from women viable singleton pregnancy who underwent or for cervical insufficiency at the Tongji Hospital, Wuhan, China, between January 2010 July 2015. Subgroup analyses based on length (CL; ≤15, 15–25, 25–30 mm) also conducted among undergoing cerclage. Results In total, 68 53 cerclage. The suture-to-delivery interval was significantly longer in group (19.17 ± 5.86 weeks) than (11.29 ± 7.27 weeks; P<0.001). There no difference groups mean delivery, frequency of Apgar score below 7 5 minutes (live births only), birth weight only). An inverse trend degree CL shortening observed; 25–30 mm had best outcomes. Conclusion Pregnancy similar an group, better observed CL. This article is protected by copyright. All rights reserved.
