摘要: Ni0.65Zn0.35Cu0.1Fe1.9O4/SiO2 nanocomposites with different weight percentages of NiZnCu-ferrite dispersed in silica matrix were successfully fabricated by the sol-gel method using tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) as a precursor silica, and metal nitrates precursors NiZnCu ferrite. The thermal decomposition process dried gel was studied thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) differential (DTA). obtained characterized X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscope (TEM), scanning (SEM), Mossbauer spectroscopy vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM). formation stoichiometric is confirmed when percentage ferrite not more than 30%. Samples higher content have small amount alpha-Fe2O3. transition from paramagnetic to ferromagnetic state observed increases 20 90wt%.
