摘要: Flood risk management and policy in Europe are changing, so the role of local catchment-wide flood plans is now key contemporary issues policy. A new agenda to enhance inter-local solutions instead alleviation schemes. This paper analyses those authorities stakeholders as well how nature partnerships established operated, focusing especially on main barriers challenges. examines catchment-based Austria. Catchment-based was analysed three different Austrian regions (Aist Upper Austria, Triesting-Tal Lower Austria Ill-Walgau Vorarlberg).
