摘要: The estuary Byfjord (Sweden) is characterized by high primary production, a well developed meiofauna compared to the macrofauna, epifaunal biomass, low number of herbivorous copepods and small fish stock. A simplified energy flow model ecosystem fjord given. transfer approximated 15%. About one-fourth-300 (metric) tons carbon — annual production suggested be directly consumed produce 5 zooplankton 40 (mainly Mytilus edulis) carbon. 500 from detritus pool are probably utilized in animal production. This amount will carbon, 6 meiofaunal 3 benthic macrofauna. Production estimated at 0.3 ton per year. M. edulis seems only food resource worth harvesting man.
