摘要: This text introduces different tasks that are to be performed in a full-fledged model identification exercise. Special emphasis is given inherent the typical problems modeling of biotechnological processes: 1) insufficient priori knowledge deduce structure so recurrence made experimental data; 2) models non-linear both state variables and parameters needing complex computing intensive numerical algorithms identify apply model(parameter .... estimation, simulation); moreover, study for instance theoretical identifiability hampered due lack development case; 3) measurement capability emphasizing desire optimal design with purpose best use (expensive/labor intensive) runs; 4) time-variance process which area bioprocess control gives rise need on-line and, hence, imposing real time constraints on procedures identification.
