摘要: In the prepared brain microvessel (MV), it has been shown that endothelial cells of capillary play a vital role in transport function blood-brain barrier (BBB) [3, 6, 20, 22]. It was also there is unipolar mechanism sodium across BBB, which due to anteluminal localization Na, K-ATPase endothelium [2, 3]. This may be important regulation ion homeostasis as well volume control extracellular fluid (ECF) physiological state 4] relevant ischemic edema, since influx BBB correlate closely with edema formation 11]. this regard, we have production hydroxy acids MVis enhanced following regional ischemia rats [1], and some radical scavengers, such AVS, suppress both lipoxygenase activity MVand [10, 15]. These results suggest hydroperoxides by MV related ischemia. respect, lipid peroxides are known reduce synaptosomes [17, 23]. However, their effects on unknown, present study carried out effect AA its hydroperoxide, 15-HPAA, MV.
