摘要: Sixty weanling Large White×Duroc pigs were allocated to five groups of 12 per group and fed on one diets. The diets comprised 0, 50% 100% unboiled, sun-dried taro cocoyam cormels (Colocasia esculenta) boiled, as replacements for maize. levels some antinutritional factors also determined in both boiled cocoyam. Boiling reduced (p 0.05) feed intake, weight gain or efficiency between the containing cormels.
