摘要: A recent study conducted by our group showed that the NAT2 fast acetylator genotype is associated with an increasing risk for development of colorectal cancer (CRC), especially females. We therefore examined whether a higher CRC in females was occurrence K-RAS mutation, and to further verify MGMT promoter methylation linked mutation patients genotype. Herein, 151 cases were genetic polymorphisms PCR-RFLP methylation-specific PCR (MSP). The results this show female (OR = 4.820, 95% CI 1.113–20.873), but not methylation. Surprisingly, significantly deepens impact acetylation on 5.129, 1.092–24.105). In conclusion, Taiwanese women may exhibit increased mutation. Detection genotypes be useful assessment women. Environ.
