摘要: Kidney allograft failure is a serious condition, as it implies the need for reinitiation of dialysis with associated morbidity and mortality, reduced quality life, higher economic cost. Despite improvements in short-term survival kidney allografts, this progress was not matched long-term graft survival. In viewpoint article, we summarize available literature on causes failure, both early late, nonimmune alloimmune, to gain better insight into failure. Such necessary target therapies or take preventative measures that improve outcome after transplantation.
