摘要: Abstract Grinding is an industrial process where abrasive wheel used to remove material from a workpiece give precision finishes and close tolerances. The effectiveness of the grinding related how sharp is. A duller will smoother surface finish, but more prone cause thermal damage if not properly cooled. When grinding, some being cut may be flushed away with coolant can get fused wheel. This phenomenon, called loading, clog pores accelerate workpiece. To help reduce separate cleaning-jet systems applied using high-speed stream directed towards surface. In present study, influence speed, flowrate orientation cleaning jet examined. For experimental conditions in this work, results show that does appear have significant effect on process; however, threshold for speed was observed. Furthermore, cleaning, authors observed increase critical specific removal rate up 100% corresponding decrease energy by 33% compared experiments no cleaning.
