摘要: Abstract Solid solutions of PFN ( Pb Fe 1 2 Nb ) O 3 and PFT Ta were synthesized by a molten salt method in the temperature range 800–900 °C. The temperatures needed to form pure perovskite phase lower than those for PFT. However, powders at higher (900°C) tended decompose during sintering high temperatures. particle size was not uniform average increased with increasing amounts PFN. sintered samples exhibited bi-modal grain distribution. found increase concentration larger starting powders. Curie Tc this solid solution system decreased Furthermore characteristics relaxor dielectrics became evident as increased.
