摘要: The induction of heat shock proteins in the myocardium has been suggested as a possible intervention to allow for enchanced cardioprotection. We have postulated that brief period retrograde hyperthermic perfusion would be sufficient induce Hsp 70 mRNA and protein accumulation. To investigate this hypothesis, rat hearts (n = 45) were perfused at 37°C 30 min, then 15 min 42°C, allowed recover 120 min. Control 23) continuously. Northern analysis indicated treated with levels increased 2.85 ± 0.02-fold (P<0.01) by 10 4.88 0.94-fold 9.19 0.62-fold (P<0.001) 9.4 0.52-fold 60 9.45 0.57-fold 90 9.66 0.99-fold normothermic recovery compared control hearts. Western revealed inducible 72 kDa was 2.37 0.45-fold 2.53 0.25-fold 2.7 0.6&-fold when Our results indicate can rapidly achieved through myocardium.
