摘要: The color varieties of sweet paprika are conquering the Colombian vegetables markets, not only because their fancy colors, but also they one best sources ascorbic acid and carotenoids as well phenolic compounds, important in human diet. Therefore, basic studies related to growth development available imported under greenhouse conditions on Bogota Plateau required. In a completely randomized block design with five replicates, biometric parameters hybrids Plinio, Menta RZ Orangery were evaluated, showing that latter was statistically different for leaf area, area index number leaves during 20 study weeks, while dry matter leaves, stems roots showed no differences between varieties. Although, 'Orangery' exhibited highest percent final allocation accumulated fruits, being, general, most promising hybrid cultivation research conditions.
