摘要: Abstract A thin-layer chromatographic technique for the separation of proteinogenic and non-proteinogenic amino acids, dipeptides α-hydroxy acids is described. Other examples are given from field α-methyl, N-alkyl halogenated acids. The enantiomers achieved, without derivatization, by means ligand exchange on a reversed-phase silica gel as stationary phase, which covered with chiral selector (proline derivative). resolution so good that respective can be determined at trace levels (⩾ 0.25%). proposed method simple, inexpensive needs no sophisticated instruments.
