摘要: We present a model for oscillatory behaviors of β cells in pancreatic islets and glucose regulation. With attention to the noise induced by channel-gating stochasticity coupling via gap junctions, we obtain extensive numerical simulations complex oscillations including clusters bursting action potentials, slow fast calcium insulin secretion, so on.
